Roofing When it comes to installing a roof, Cavaliere Construction knows only how to do it one way- the right way.  Here’s the correct way we install dimensional shingles: 1. Remove and strip roof to its underlayment.  This includes fiberglass shingles, wood or cedar shakes. 2. Secure underlayment and check for rotten wood. 3. Install C-4 1/2” drip edge, Ice & Water shield, and 30 lb tarpaper for proper water protection. 4. Install starter course and perimeter shingles around entire area. 5. Install dimensional shingles 6. Flash and counterflash where necessary *Wood shingle and metal roofs also available  

Siding Do you want to give your house a new makeover?  Vinyl siding is one of the easiest ways to give your house a new look.  Cavaliere Construction installs vinyl siding, vinyl soffits, and PVC trim to make any house stand out.  These products are easy to maintain and are available in many styles and colors. Window and door capping is also available. To increase energy efficiency, our company installs Tyvek housewrap and wraps all windows and doors with special flashing tape.  *Fan fold insulation is an available option to help decrease your energy costs.
